Shipping information

Once shipped, delivery usually takes between 7–15 business days depending on your location and local courier services. During high-demand periods or holidays, shipping may take slightly longer. Returns information
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The product must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union (EEA) 14-day cooling-off period
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
