Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
European Union (EEA) 14-day cooling-off period
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
